Refund Policy 

 

Our subscribers are eligible to receive a full refund of our verification fee if:

 

• We are not able to verify their rental payment history. 

 

• We fail to report or misreport their data to the credit bureau. 

 

• The member is dissatisfied with the results. 

 

No refunds are allowable on the 24-month retro rental verification portion. 

 

Cancelations 

 

Cancelation request may be processed via our website by calling 1-888-226-4088 or by emailing service@aloharentalresource.com. Based on the remaining length of your contractual terms, a refund of the prorated amount may be issued to you. All refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
